For Time To Talk Day we’ve created a special Head Count series asking Arriva North West commuters how they feel from 0-5, to show we all have mental health and our own ways of staying well.

Here’s our interview with Anamaya, 20 from Norway. Anamaya is studying [blank] at The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts.

Hello Anamaya, how are you feeling today from 0 to 5?

A 4, because I’m feeling quite good but I’m not like super happy. It’s a good day though.

Where are you travelling to?

Just going home to pick up my camera.

What do you do to stay mentally well?

Right now, being creative. I’m working on creative projects, movie sessions. I’m really doing what I love.

Amazing, would you recommend us a book, film or band?

Maybe Foals. Do you know them?  I just always feel uplifted whenever I listen to them, whatever mood I’m in.
