Head Count – Bisi

For Time To Talk Day we’ve created a special Head Count series asking Arriva North West commuters how they feel from 0-5, to show we all have mental health and our own ways of staying well.

Here’s our interview with Bisi, 19 from London. Bisi is studying International Relations at The University of Liverpool.

Hello Bisi, how are you feeling today from 0 to 5?

I’m a 3. I’ve got an exam today and I’m not feeling that confident.

What do you do to stay mentally well?

Staying social with friends and trying to talk about all my problems so I don’t have any. Generally, just trying to stay happy.

Cool, would you recommend us a book, film or band?

I’d say you should watch ‘Avengers.’ Any Marvel film. I like the fact that superheroes always come in to save the day, and I just really like the action. It’s childish but yeah!
