For Time To Talk Day we’ve created a special Head Count series asking Arriva North West commuters how they feel from 0-5, to show we all have mental health and our own ways of staying well.

Where are you travelling to?

The coffee shop 92 Degrees, to do a bit of work.

What do you do to stay mentally well?

Could you recommend us a book, film or band?

Jordan Peterson’s ‘12 Rules of Life: An Antidote to Chaos.’ It’s a good book that gives you anecdotal advice; how to hold yourself, how to cope with things, how to get over things.
