For Time To Talk Day we’ve created a special Head Count series asking Arriva North West commuters how they feel from 0-5, to show we all have mental health and our own ways of staying well.

Here’s our interview with George, 21 from Leicester. George is studying Politics at The University of Liverpool.

Hello George, how are you feeling today from 0 to 5?

Maybe a 2? I’m quite stressed about exams. Yeah, I have an exam tomorrow.

Where are you travelling to?

I’m off to the library to do some work.

What do you do to stay mentally well?

I try to write music and stuff.

Cool, would you recommend us a book, film or band?

I’d say The Pixies, The Cure maybe Nirvana. I could recommend loads, for hours!
