For Time To Talk Day we’ve created a special Head Count series asking Arriva North West commuters how they feel from 0-5, to show we all have mental health and our own ways of staying well.

Here’s our interview with Isabella, 20, from Bedfordshire.

Hello Isabella, how are you feeling today from 0 to 5?

I’m a 5! I’m in a good mood, I’ve finished my exams, and I think I’m going out later. It’s a nice sunny day too.

What do you do to stay mentally well?

I like reading and going out with my friends.

Could you recommend us a book, film or band?

My favourite film is ‘Notting Hill.’ Just a feel good one and I love Julia Roberts.
