For Time To Talk Day we’ve created a special Head Count series asking Arriva North West commuters how they feel from 0-5, to show we all have mental health and our own ways of staying well.

Here’s our interview with Izzie, 19 from London. Izzie is studying Psychology at The University of Liverpool.

Hello Izzie, how are you feeling today from 0 to 5?

I’m a 4.

Where are you travelling to?

Just home!

What do you do to stay mentally well?

I generally just try to see people, go out, make sure that my housemates all cook together.

Could you recommend us a book, film or band?

Love Island! All my friends watch it together!
