Here’s our interview with Jemma, 20 from Oxfordshire. Jemma is studying Marketing at The University of Liverpool.

Hello Jemma, how are you feeling today from 0 to 5?

A 2. I have an exam in about half an hour and I’m not prepared for it!

Where are you travelling to?

Uni, for the exam.

What do you do to stay mentally well?

I take some alone time, watch some Netflix, and eat healthily.

Could you recommend us a book, film or band?
