Head Count – Joe

For Time To Talk Day we’ve created a special Head Count series asking Arriva North West commuters how they feel from 0-5, to show we all have mental health and our own ways of staying well.

Here’s our interview with Joe, 19 from Bedford. Joe is studying Economics at The University of Liverpool.

Hello Joe, how are you feeling today from 0 to 5?

5. I’m having a good day really. I went shopping.

Where are you travelling to?

I’m just going home.

What do you do to stay mentally well?

I try to exercise and see friends. And just to stay busy, I guess.

Could you recommend us a book, film or band?

I watched ‘You’ on Netflix. It’s not really a “feel good” one!
