Here’s our interview with Josh, 19 from Milton Keynes. Josh is studying Business and Economics at The University of Liverpool.

Hello Josh, how are you feeling today from 0 to 5?

A 5.

What do you do to stay mentally well?

I go to the gym and try to keep active.

Could you recommend us a book, film or band?

I’ve been watching ‘The Game Changers’ recently on Netflix. It’s all about the benefits of being vegan. I love meat so I don’t know if I could do it but it’s interesting.
