Hello Scarlett, how are you feeling today from 0 to 5?

A 4. I’m nervous because I’ve got an exam.

Where are you travelling to?

I’m travelling to uni.

What do you do to stay mentally well?

Exercise and spend lots of time with my family.

Could you recommend us a book, film or band?

‘Peanut Butter Falcon’ is a great film.
