Head Count – Sophie

For Time To Talk Day we’ve created a special Head Count series asking Arriva North West commuters how they feel from 0-5, to show we all have mental health and our own ways of staying well.

Here’s our interview with Sophie, 20 from Rotherham. Sophie is studying Criminology at The University of Liverpool.

Hello Sophie, how are you feeling today from 0 to 5?

I’m feeling 3 because I’m going to the cinema with my friends. Not a 5 because I know I’m starting uni next week and I’m feeling stressed about it!

What do you do to stay mentally well?

Going out with my friends, listening to music, having baths.

Could you recommend us a book, film or band?

I like the Arctic Monkeys.
