For Time To Talk Day we’ve created a special Head Count series asking Arriva North West commuters how they feel from 0-5, to show we all have mental health and our own ways of staying well.

Here’s our interview with Will, 20 from Blackburn. Will is student of Criminology.

Hello Will, how are you feeling today from 0 to 5?

I’m 5!

Where are you travelling to?

I’m going to uni, I’ve got my exam in 45 minutes.

What do you do to stay mentally well?

I try not to focus on the bad things, enjoying everything I do.

Perfect, would you recommend us a book, film or band?

A book – I enjoyed ’The Beach’ by Alex Garland.
